I thought one day at animal kingdom, one at magical kingdom, and either another day at magical kingdom or either mgm studios. I guess my question is would you do 2 days at magical kingdom, or one magical kingdom and one mgm studios?

One day is plenty of time to spend at one of the parks. Take her to Disney MGM Studios or EPCOT on that 3rd day. Disney MGM Studios has several fun things for little ones: the Hunny I shrunk the Kids Playground is fun and she'd love the Little Mermaid show in the Animation Courtyard. EPCOT offers the Living Seas and a few fun rides.

Definitely Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom, these are the two most popular for younger children. Magic Kingdom is going to have a lot for her to do. But, MGM will have several things to do and also you have the Playhouse Disney area, which is always popular for the younger ones.

Maybe you could do the park hopper, go to MGM in the morning so she can do a few things there. Then, maybe mid-day take her back to the hotel for a quick nap and then go back to Magic Kingdom.

I think she will love both. Maybe go to Magic Kingdom first and see how much she likes it.

If I were you, I'd do one day at Magic Kingdom (not "magical"), one day at Animal Kingdom, and then return to the Magic Kingdom on the third day. I would NOT plan to stay at each park all day every day. With a three year old, you really should plan to take a mid-day break for lunch, a nap, and maybe even a visit to the hotel pool to cool off.

The thing to remember is that, at age three, your child is not going to remember very many details from this trip. Your reason for taking your child is probably so that you can enjoy his/her reactions to things. Try to keep things as pleasant as possible, and don't try to do too much. Respect your own limits and those of your child. Many people make the mistake of trying to do too much, and you can recognize these people because they're the ones walking around fighting with each other while their kids scream and wail.

If you are going during a crowded time of year (summer), I recommend you pick up a copy of The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World. It has touring plans for each park to help you get the most out of your time, and it also has advice targeted to parents of small children. This book will be a good investment; check it out.

We took our five-yr-old daughter a few years ago and she really liked Magic Kingdom and LOVED the shows at MGM - she didn't care much for Animal Kingdom or Epcot. Definitely use a stroller, and break up the day. We went back to the hotel and went swimming or took a ride on the monorail. She also loved eating inside the aquarium at Epcot one night (one dessert was ice cream with cookies to make mouse ears and other decorations).

Well we just went to Disney with my younger sister who was almost 3. She loved the princesses and characters. Magic Kingdom is a definite. MGM has disney things and many play areas for small children soo i would chose that. Also one of the water parks is a great place to take young kids. Have Fun!

i took my three year old in march and we did one day at the magic kingdom, one day at epcot and one day at mgm studios- i think she enjoyed the magic kingdom the most by far- epcot was ok for her but at mgm studios we saw the mermaid show which she loved- we saw beauty and the beast, she loved the honey i shrunk the kids playground- but i think for her it would have been better to do most of the time at the magic kingdom. if i had it to do over again id do two days at the magic kingdom and one day at mgm studios and skip epcot until she was older.

i would say one day magical kingdom, one day animal kingdom, and one day mgm. But if your daughter is only 3 then go two days magical kingdom so she can get her time on dumbo and all those little rides.
