You don't get a choice, you get what you get and you love it regardless.

There is *no* way to guarantee conception of a boy. However, he could increase his chances using the Shettles method (see sources section below). It is the *only* method with any scientific backing. It is only 75-90% effective, so it should only be used if the couple will be thrilled with a baby of either sex. For the highest chance of success, they should read the book, not only the Web site.
There will be some suggestions to try the "Chinese ovulation calendar" which some claim is 99% accurate. It is a fun game (if you enjoy that kind of thing), but it is a bunch of crap. Since fraternal twins can be a boy and a girl, there is no way it could possibly be 99% accurate!! (No other method could be, either!) There are also many, *many* different versions of this calendar--they can't all be accurate. In fact, I've tried a number of them on my 5 kids; they all came back about equally accurate and inaccurate (either 2 or 3 right)--about the same accuracy as flipping a coin.

Nothing is fool proof, i know that there needs to be a special hormone present for the sperm to make a boy instead of a girl, and those sperms are less likely. So if he waits until she's most fertile and have sex only once, that make the chance that the baby will be a boy even to high. If the have sex more than once the baby is going to be a girl most likely.

do not tell his spouse; he replaced into conversing to you in self assurance. i'm particular that his spouse has had an same ideas a time or 2 no matter if she admits it or not. both of them may have this verbal substitute; you do not opt to be a area of it. elevating a kin is a large duty, and to take that on on the age of 17 is exceptional. Their lives as "carefree" young ones are over continually. there'll be distinct issues that they are going to fail to work out because they have kin duties. Your chum isn't a nasty father or husband for wishing for an evening of freedom, each figure has days like this. per chance you could help them out with the help of babysitting the following and there in case you want to have some high quality time jointly as a pair.

fact: boy chromosomes get there faster but die fast, girl chromosomes take a while but hten they hang around. If his wife is ovulating, the boy chromosomes will get there faster. but if she "does" it before (within 72 hours) she expects to ovulate (and then waits at least a week to make sure) then it is much more likely that only a girl chromosome will make it to the egg, as the arrival time will coincide with ovulation, while the little guys will have burned out by then.

try the chinese gender predictor... if you go on babyzone.com and do a search on the site for it.. it'll tell you when you should try.. it goes by the mother's age at time of conceptopn (not birth)and what month is best to try to conceive for a boy or girl..nothing is 100% but it's worth a shot, that's what me and my husband are going to do for baby number 2 to try for a boy, but if we get another beautiful girl, we'll be just as happy

The sex of the child is determined by the man. It is also random. Maybe if there are more boys in his family, he may have more of a chance of producing a boy, but there is no way to control this.

No sure way. There are certain positions that might help, but ultimately its whatever sperm gets there first. No one has figured out how to communicate with sperm yet that I know of.
