Yikes! Don't ask that of a Mexican national. They are well-known for their fierce national pride and assertion of their sovereignty. If you are referring to the current immigration mess and possible solutions, you would do well to investigate the machinations of our leaders; both elected and the puppet-masters. It seems that
Mexican immigrants are a great whipping boy, but the real forces at play are petro-dollars and the one-world-order philosophy. Just for fun, investigate the oil find off the coast of the Yucatan Peninsula. Mexico has discovered enough sweet crude to supply the Western Hemisphere for the next 20 years. That "giant sucking sound" you hear is the U.S. sucking up to Pemex (Petroleos de Mexico) and the currency for trade is a lax immigration policy.

Scandalous proposal indeed!!

If someone suggest that why India does not buy Pakistan or Bangladesh or Sri Lanka; or why not any of the Arab countries buy Israel (or vice-versa), then how the people of these underdog countries would feel?

In my personal view, this may make economic and geographic as well as political sense, but this would also tantamount to blasphemy against the weaker people and their national pride.

Naw....Just make them a State.....Think about it. The Mexican population comes to America, Takes some jobs, don't pay taxes and send most of the $$ Back. If they were a state, we could tax their income, and collect the tax $$$ Spent there that was being spent anyway. Good Answer?? 10 points worht?? Thanks for the 2 points.
