On average it's around six months old, however each baby is different, it could be as early as three months or as late as a year or more, depending on the baby and other factors, like prematurity, genetic illnesses, etc. So it really depends on the baby.

It depends on the baby, Anywhere from 6-8 monthes. All babys do things at different rates. My son is 6 monthes and is just starting to try to do it on his own.

Well, now a days, babies move a little bit more faster than they use to. My son sat up on his own when he was 6 1/2 months old. My sisters baby sat up on her own when she was 4 months. So, you really don't know any more. :- )

The average baby will sit unsupported at 5-9 months old (see sources section below). But there are normal babies who do it a little earlier or later than average.

It really depends on the baby there is not a certin age for this.. but if she has older bro and sis. the baby might be a lil faster.. but you can have a baby like my baby dont want to do anything untill he is one LOL so dont worry baby should be fine
