... but have no problem accessing the very same webpage from every other computer outside of our home. It is a very basic webpage, but very important to me. Am I being blocked?

Until about 2 weeks ago I had no problems accessing the mentioned website, which by the way is www.primerica.com. I did not do any changes on my or my daughters PC. My PC is only a few months old and I have had no problems with it. I really wonder if the website blocked me because I did more withdrawels from my investments than usually. Of course they don't admit that.

If using Internet Expoler, let's check your security settings compared to the other computers. From the IE browser, click on TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS then on the PRIVACY tab. If your cookie setting slider bar is near the top, then you won't be able to access many sites. Try matching it up with the slider bar of your other computers. If you trust that the site is not going to try and read personal info off of your computer, then you can also try adding the URL to your TRUSTED SITES TAB in the same INTERNET OPTIONS menu. Try to go to the site. While it is trying to load, highlight the address with your mouse. Then type CTRL+C to copy the address. From the TOLLS>INTERNET OPTIONS SECURITY tab click on the green TRUSTED SITES ICON. Click on the SITES button. Click your mouse in the text field next to the ADD button and press CTRL V to paste the site address in to the text box. The add box will now be active and you can click it to add this site you your list of trusted sites. I think the first option is going to help you but the second one isn't a bad back up plan. It also would not hurt to click on the CONTENT TAB and make sure the slider is all the way to the left, but then your kids will have access to any net content. Good Luck!

Check whether you are accessing secure pages. Check the browser settings-if ur not too good in configuring->Reset to default.. Check the blocked webpages with the help of antivirus and antispam/firewall softwares. Consult with your ISP...Or send me which websites ur not able to access....All the best.

Hmmm...Maybe that page is being blocked by your ISP. Or maybe you are using a proxy that is blocking that page. Check in your internet options and see that you are not using a proxy. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools>Internet Options>Connections (or Control Panel>Internet Options) ans select the connection you are using. If you access the internet using your ethernet adapter, select LAN settings.
If you are using Firefox, go to Tools>Options in Windows or Edit>Preferences in Linux.
And if you see that there isn't any proxy configured in your browser, call your ISP.

Could be a problem with your ISP DNS servers. Maybe they can help. Or just wait another day and try again. Or get the IP address from one of the computers it works on, and try getting to it that way on your home computer.

It could be a setting under Tools/Internet Options/Privacy. Check the Cookies Settings and see if that will help.

Are you using a router to share the internet connection? If yes, you could play around with the router settings!
