Your complection sounds a lot like mine. I usually try to stick to neutral tones, depending on what I am wearing and my mood of the day. I find that browns are usually the most complimentary to my skin tone. Also, try playing with different shades of green. You want to be careful with green, though, because you have an hint of it in your eyes, a lot of green shadows, will make you look washed out.
When you want to be different and playful, try some dark earthen shades of pink. I would deff. stay away from blues and purples.
The trick here is to try to say with earthy, natural tones. You will find that they tend to bring out your features more.

Your makeup habitual sounds not basic, yet sounds very cool :] i'm ganna thieve it lol i exploit a black mascara, both Sonia Kashuk Lashify or Maybelline Curl XXL skill. I always curl my accurate lashes, yet before I do so i exploit my hairdryer to warmth my lash roller. After, I comb the clumps out with the brush that contains Sonia Kashuk Lashify Mascara. As for eyeshadow, I commonly use Covergirl Eye Enhancers a million-kit Shadows in Mink or Revlon Eyeglide in Champagne. i exploit my Lumne Eyeshadow Brush to computer screen it. I always outline my brows with Covergirl Eye and foreheadMakers in Mink. doesn't look pretend, both :] I also placed somewhat of white shadow purely below my brows to make me look unsleeping. If i'm feeling bold, i am going to line my accurate lashes with Boots No.7 Liquid Eyeliner in brown or with Covergirl PerfectBlend Pencil in Brown.

I'd try lavender purple, camel, taupe, brown eyeshadows use them on the whole lid and blend well use dark-to-light if more than one color! use your natural foundation blush... ect... put black eyeliner on the top lid only close to the lash for a natural look and top it off with a coat of mascara. Some good brands are Clinique, MAC, marky-kay, Almay, ect ect I use Maybelline though!

I think gold would make a cool contrast (and since your hair is a warm color, would probably go).
