well i am not sure if this works on everyone but i had a pregnancy book it was called Your Pregnancy Week by Week (she can see if she gets that book) and in it they gave you a list of things to help stop morning sickness and i tried one and it really worked. the one i used was before eating anything in the morning eat dry toast that is supposed to absorb the acid in your stomach also you can also eat dry crackers (plain) early in the morning it does the same as the dry toast.i did that for three months and i never got sick

I had the same problem and the only thing that worked was to open a Coca-Cola ( nothing else) at night, set it by my bed, and when I woke up, I drank half of it. The brand soda has cola syrup (also available separately at some pharmacies) and settles the nausea. The soda needs to be flat though as the carbonation makes the nausea worse. Then I had to make sure that I ate something small ( apple, crackers, cheese , yogurt ) every two hours . If I missed , I got so sick and tired. The lethargy should subside in the second trimester. I napped before dinner every night and napped once every weekend day the whole time I was pregnant.
Remember the old wives tale- Sleep all you can when you're pregnant, because once the baby comes you'll get no sleep 1

The best thing I found to cure my morning sickness (I'm 24 weeks prego) is Red Rasberry. It's perfectly safe - just the fruit. She can buy it in pill form so she doesn't have to try to drink the tea as it might not taste good to her. I take 2 pills in the morning and 2 in the evening - without them I'd be miserable.
There's also a miracle called Tei-fu. It's an oil that is mostly made of peppermint. I rub it right under my nose and on the back of my neck when I'm feeling very sick. It's strong, so be careful not to get it near eyes. Here's a link where you can buy both - neither are very expensive. The Tei-fu bottle is small, but it lasts forever. Good luck!

crackers, ginger ale, lemon, and a scent of lavendar can all help out. In the morning when she wakes up have her keep crackers next to her bed eat those before she gets out of the bed and that should help some too. Tell her not to wait too long before eating again to keep something in her stomach like eat something every 3-4 hours if its nothing but a bag of chips something to be in her stomach so she isn't soo hungry

Try soda crackers and A glass of water. Keep these two things beside your bed and eat a few crackers before you get out of bed and drink some water. If anything wait it out it normaly ends around the fifth month. Best wishes

they say saltine crackers and ginger ale work but it depends on the person. Doctors say morning sickness is a sign of a healthy baby. The best thing to do is to talk to her doctor and see what he suggests. It could be she needs a change in her prenatal pills or something to that effect.

Ginger Ale and saltines may help. But I found that when I was pregnant with my first,I was not eating enough and when I started to eat,I was no longer sick.I had to do this the full nine months.I had to get up early and get a head start on my day eat very early and that kept me from getting sick as much.Hope she feels better!

theres nothing that you can do to stop it completely..it will either go away on its own or when she has the baby it will go away...you can always try ginger tablets.. they are usualy located by the vitamins..if those dont help she would need to go to her OB/GYN and get a percription for a anti-nausea med....when i was pregnant with my daughter i was sick for 8 complete months(my daughter was 5 weeks early) also lost 23 lbs throughout the pregnancy and I work with pregnant women everyday

there are lolly pops they sell at maternity stores for morning sickness. Some people nibble on saltine crackers or suck on peppermints (the peppermints worked for me.) If her MS is bad enough, her OB can prescribe a patch that goes behind her ear, it helps with nausea.
