Because we lack a backbone! we all moan about it, and thats as far as it goes! we voted in a 2 year payfreeze!!! because the majority believed the hard luck story from management!!!
We are brainwashed and manipulated !!!

I suggest that you take an old tory stance on this one. Yes your boss is being paid more, but some day you may become that boss. Will you pay your staff the same as you. No , of course not.
This may seem a little sluggish right now. stress can be dealt with with the right tools. I suggest this link www.mindstore.co.uk
have a look at the island course. It's like freemasonry , you get back what you put in.
Worry not, if you need an ear or a shoulder then mail me.
Things seem bad when you don't have a solution. Talking it out, sharing it, or dealing with it. This is all possible.

Remember some bosses are for the workers and others for themselves. Work with them and the stress will go, work against them and the stress will get worse and your health could slip. Focus on the positive rather than the negative.

Or if you don't like your job, then look for another one while still in employment. Don't let go of one branch until you've got a firm grip of the next.

Why do we do it, we do it because it pays the bills and gives us some beer tokens at the end of the month.

Read - jack black - Mindstore - the ultimate mind workout. It's superb.
Keep smiling , it only works.

happy to help.

This is the reason: greed on the fat cats part and desperation and dependence on work and money on our part. Part of defeating the fat cat is having nothing left to lose. After that, the the fat cat will have everything to lose. Sometimes we have to work for the fat cat for a little while. After that, take some of that money and start a business. Not all business owners are fat cat, but there are many who are.

You sound like a whiner too me. I dont work to line anyones pocket except mine. If my work benefits others I dont have a problem with that. Isn't that that work is all about, to improve society.

Its not what your country can do for you, its what you can do for your country. Don't be so selfish.
