Your probably looking for a high mileage tire that can handle the heavy weight. Your probably not looking for a canyon carving tire so you don't need a soft rubber.
Some folks like the Continental Conti Tour and there is also the Michelin Commander.
I suggest the Dunlop.

Go with the dealer suggested tire. Discuss the type of riding that you'll be doing. If they put it on, they stand behind it if there's a problem. You've got a $20k bike, why take a chance with your life and the bike's performance to save $25?

metzler tires seem to be the best, there ratings are high in all categories, you have a touring scoot, so put the same size tire the factory had on, they engineered that size tire to the handeling, so hurry up and ride, and also metzlers are priced good too.......

I like the Avon Venom X on my heritage, but I know lots of people on the baggers swear by dunlop.
