You should wait until the hair is grown back at 1/8 th of an inch. Usually about a month or 2.
If you missed some hairs, just go over that area again after a few days after the last wax (like now for you). Either that wait till the next cycle to wax.
For ingrown hairs, you need to use TendSkin (you can find it at Sephora, Marshall Fields, etc.) or you can very carefully use tweezers to get the hair out - just be careful with the later cuz you can infect.
Also, when you get ingrowns, it's due to not using the right angle when waxing - make sure you pull the strip or wax as close to your skin (the entire time) as possible.

I used to wax every week.. but now i wax every 2 months. Keep on waxing. and waxing.. throughout the years.. you'll get less hair.
