I know one (she went from about a 34c to a 34DD, probably) and it looked like someone shoved two mini loaves of bread up each boob. I remember one of her friends saying that "she NEEDED them", which I though was an awful thing to say. But, she was a stripper for a while, so in that business, I guess humoungous **** are necesarry.....

well boob jobs in moderation i think, its possible to get boobs that look natural, i think when its over done it looks ridiculous, besides its your mind men look at, not your boobs......... yeah right if that were the case there would be no boob jobs lol, i dont know why women fill their breasts with silicone just to please guys :(

I know two people who have had breast REDUCTIONS, and they turned out nicely. Implants are so hard to pull off without looking like you've crammed halved grapefruits in your chest. I don't like the way they look, personally.

I don't know any but I do know a couple of women who have had reductions. At least their backs feel better.
