Rest: relative rest, avoid excessive walking and don't run/jump/cut to the side/twist your leg
Ice: ice the knee for 15 minutes every hour
Compression: wrap an ace wrap around the knee to control swelling
Elevation: elevate the knee above the heart level to control swelling

See your physician if pain persists. You will need to rest and not play sports for a few weeks to allow it to heal.
