This amazing burst of power lets riders experience a G force of 3.6-usually only experienced by fighter pilots. In fact dodonpa features the wheels of a small airplane,but has 50,000 horsepower,which is comparable to a small rocket. The track is .75 miles long (1.2 km) and features a 169 foot (52 km) near vertical drop and a 74 degree bend. The ride lasts about a minute and costs 1,000 yen-about $8 in american money.

This hydraulic launch coaster reaches its top speed in less than 4 seconds. Kingda ka is also the worlds tallest roller coaster at 456 feet (139 m). In addition to the horizontal rocket that starts the ride, the coaster also features a few breathtaking drops and spiral turns. The 50-second ride is located in the Golden Kingdom section of the park.

Kingda Ka are first accelerated to a speed of 206 kms/hour (128 mph) before being launched 139 meters (456 ft) vertically into the air, plummeting 127 meters (418 feet) earthwards again in a 280 degree spiral, whooshing up and down over a 39 meter (129 foot) hill and eventually gliding to a halt at the coaster's end terminus.

I don't consider Kingda Ka to be a legit roller coaster, its such a rip-off of Cedar Point's Top Thrill Dragster. Technically speaking the fastest is Kingda Ka at ~124 mph?

If Kingda Ka is 418 ft. tall then it is NOT the tallest, as Top Thrill Dragster is 420 ft. tall.... you must have your height wrong ^^^
