It should be in the fuel line that runs out of the tank. Some Chrysler products don't have fuel filters outside of the tank. If it's not in the line than it's in the tank.... the labor time calls for 1.1 hours to replace it so it must be kind of hard to get to. Some have fuel pressure regulators built in and can be tricky to install.

i know this all too well i've did complete fuel system repairs on this model it's on top of the fuel tank u will have to drop the tank to get to it sorry and good luck no really, it's not that bad.
