what I should do with her. One, she is a cigarette smoker, and I am not...I have gotten used to it and it does not bother me, but should I tell her she must quit or I will have to move on. Second, she has a very nice body, but does not show it off...I think she should wear the newer skin tight fashions to show off her assets..She said she will do it if people on this site say so...what should I do...ask her to wear these clothes since she has the body for it..I would hate to lose her, so what should i do?

hey... well if i were you i'd ask her to try and quit or at least reduce it itz not that easy to stop so give her sumtime and see if she is willing to stop ... but don't perssure her by sayin that you will move on if she doesn't ...cuz then she will leave ... so just ask her i n a nice way ... and to the other point ... ppl tell me too i got a hot body and should show more off it but i don't cuz i don't wanna walk around all the time with really hot clothz cuz i can't in college or on serious partys but i do wear them when i can... but if the girl really got no style why don't you buy her sumthin you think would suit her and give it to her or take her shoppin and advise it to her what you think would suit her but take it slow ... then it won't hurt her feelinz and you get what you want that should kinda solve yah prob ...well i hope =P wish yah the best of luck with her ....;)

It seems strange that she'd change her clothing just based on what we say, but she could experiment and see how she feels in different styles of clothing. If you really want to keep her, and you have gotten used to the smoking, don't give her an ultimatum. You could lose her that way. It has to be her choice. If she tries to quit, encourage her, by all means, but don't try to force her.

How is it you say you like her a lot...but boy you want to really change this gal you like a lot. You're ok with her smoking but want to give her an ultimatum. She has a nice body and prefers to not dress like a hooker and you want to change that too.
I think she should run as fast and as far from you as possible. You are a control freak. You have no right trying to change anyone. Accept them for what they are or shuffle your scrawny behind on.

Well, if I were you, I would run like a mad dog if she smokes, as it's disgusting and if I were her, I'd run the other way if the person I am doesn't suit you, including my dressing style. Sounds like you all have a good chemical relationship, but lack substance. I would NEVER date a smoker and I would never dress in public to please someone though in our private life, it would be different. Women really aren't show pieces or trophy's, they are just gals. In the long run I see a thousand more issues rising in this relationship, but I am not psychic............good luck

For the smoking, if you've gotten used to it, let it go for now. If you're planning on having kids one day, you can bring it up again then. As for the clothes... why not a compromise? Buy her some sexy lingerie to wear for you, and let her wear out of the house what she feels comfortable in.

My opinion about what women wear, is if you get to sleep with them, what difference does it make what they are wearing the rest of the time.
My personal philosophy on smoking, is that I'm not going to invest myself in a long term relationship where my partner will die 15-20 years before me because of choices she is making now.
Part of that is probably because when I was 8 my grandfather literally coughed up a piece of lung right in front of me.

Cigarettes are so bad. Think about your future children. Don't you want to be around to see them grow up? Please, quit before something bad happens.
