I don't know where to buy, but they are called "grills" in the usa. I like the term dental twinkles better...

Please, dont. It doesnt look all that "twinkly" and it is much better if you try to buy a toothpaste with whitening or have your teeth bleached, than hide it on some "twinkles" that looks ridiculous.
