I did this myself, because my family felt I was too thin. They made me drink a can of ensure, milk, and ice cream blended together as a shake once a day (best time would be after lunch around 3 or 4pm). I guarantee you will gain weight.

You didn't say how thin. Consider yourself lucky if you're just a little underweight. Read all the posts regarding overweight and the hoardes of fat people who want to lose weight. First speak with your doctor so they can determine what’s really going on with your body. Plus have them start you on a healthy rich nutritious eating course. A lot of companies have health benefits contact your rep and ask questions as well. Don't just try to eat junk or fast foods. You could gain weight but also starve your body or what it needs to maintain a healthy balance.

Some more details are needed lady.Please try a high carbohydrate diet including a sweet a day.If your society permits have a glass of wine daily before dinner.This will increase the appetite and removes any worry and stress.

You don't have to be fat to be healthy. What matters is that you eat the right food, take additional vitamin supplement and get 7 to 8 hours sleep every night. If you really want to add some fat in your bones then you have to eat more than your regular intake and lessen your activities.

If you want to gain weight you need to take in more calories than you burn. Drink milk shakes and eat larger portions, but don't just eat junk food. If you haven't had any children yet, believe me, you'll gain weight then and it's hard to get off. Enjoy your thinness now!

if you are trying to gain weight then you should increase you food intake and eat more fatty foods and if you have a hard time doing that they do have weight gainers you can buy at the pharmacy or vitamin stores

wen ever u get time out of ur work then eat chips or any snacks and if there is lot of time u shud eat oily things like paranthas if u cud otherwise pizzas or chowmein and ya u cud eat mangoes..

I was also in same problem but now satisfied with some nutrition tablets and multivitamines compositions, Please take a advise from your doctor and then only try to get your treatment.
