A couple of things aren't clear to me...

I assume you're on day 18 of your *cycle*, not your period. That would be an awfully long period and probably something you should see your doctor about!!

What do you mean "somewhat like an egg white" and what do you mean by "clear". If you have cervical fluid that is wet, clear, and stretchy, that *is* the egg white fluid. Is it wetter today than yesterday? That would make you *more* fertile today.

Next...some women find that their BBT rises a few days *after* ovulation; it just takes their bodies longer to respond to the progesterone surge that the egg follicle produces. If you always have the rise in BBT several days after the wettest cervical fluid, this is probably what is happening. In this case, the cervical fluid is a better way to judge ovulation than BBT. And you will probably see the BBT rise in the next few days. That would confirm that you have ovulated. If the temperature stays high for 18 days...or if it rises to an even *higher* level (i.e. tomorrow it rises to 36.6-36.8...then a week or so later it rises to 37-37.1), then you are probably pregnant.

Keep checking the cervical fluid, too, in case you *didn't* ovulate. Wet cervical fluid is a sign that your body is *preparing* to ovulate. Sometimes, your body gets ready for ovulation...then "changes its mind". In this case, you could have more wet cervical fluid a day or a few days (or even a week or more) later followed by ovulation. Just keep checking so you know.

Why did you expect your BBT to rise on day 14 if you have irregular cycles? You ovulate about 2 weeks before your *next* period, although it can be 12-16 days and still be normal. (Less than 10 days would usually mean you're infertile.)

It is not uncommon for the temperature shift from ovulation to occur a day or two afterward. Give it a day or two more and see if it doesn't shift. The best way to confirm whether you have ovulated or not is by your temperature and the egg-white cerv. fluid (that you noted). I bet your temp shifts in the next day or two.
