This is a serious question. I've often noticed that very overweight women also have very large chests. If those women lose weight, do their chests shrink also, or does that have to be done by surgery?

Yes, if you lose a lot of weight the breast will become smaller too.

yes that is true there breast size will decrease because most over weight woman who have very large breast,there breast have alot of fat in them and when they start losing the weight they get smaller because there going to the real size they are with no fat.

yes, if a women looses weigh her breasts will get smaller. if its not a lot of weight you may not notice it. Breasts are made up mainly of fat.

Seen some of those makeover programs and the women in them did lose weight off their chests, however the skin had streched so the size was there but not the content.

No. But with a very rigorous program there will be minimal loss of fat from breasts also
