okay check it, my computer only has 16 colours and i dont knnow where to download more, i downloaded the screen drivers but they didnt help me either!

Right click on your screen desktop and choose Properties, a window will appear, choose the Settings tab, here you can set resolution and number of colours. choose apply or OK. that should do it. you can select normal 16k or high 32k. Good luck!

Its not your monitor...unless it really antique and there is really no way to download more colours...
Go to, Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager and check under "Display Adapters". That should tell you what your video adapter maker is.
After you check your video card make, go and get the drivers. Links below. Download the drivers and install them...that should solve your problem.
If you have problems identifying your adapter, try this site for a free scan. http://driveragent.com/?ref=86 Do not join them though...spend your money elsewhere.

Unless you have an awfully anemic video card in your machine all you should need to do is get an updated driver for the video card and select the proper setting under the monitor options.

RIGHT MOUSE CLICK on an empty area of your DESKTOP, Click on PROPERTIES.
Then, Click on SETTINGS, then select your colors
