This is very unlikely to be true.

It is just a spam e-mail trying to catch your attention so you will visit their website or buy their products.

Sometimes, these e-mails also contain viruses, so it is best not to open them and delete them from your inbox. Especially do not open any attachments it might have!!!

Don't be fooled. Send an e-mail reply saying "You are a winner of 700,000.00." then maybe he'd fall for it too.. lol

It's a LIE. I myself were notified that I won 1 million dollars but i have to give them my credit card number. They're B.S. A lot from USA.

It's just junk mail. They want to get your information and send you more stuff. Or they want you to buy something.
