No its not a word and it shouldn't be either. What would it mean. Scientific and Scientifically are both words with specific meanings. No need trying to make up new words, we have enough now.

Anything is a word if you make it a word. The question is, is it in common usage, follows accepted grammatical practices, or is constructed according to accepted syntactical rules?

I shivered in total revulsion when the media started pushing the word thunk ( and I am in the computer field! ). I have always wondered why the word amn't doesn't exist. Are not or aren't is not proper according to the "rules" in some cases. Which leads to ain't. Whooo what a fight that was. I still don't like it.

No, it's not.

Scientific is already an adjective. Some words have the suffix "al" appended to make it into an adjective from a noun. However, since "scientific" is already an adjective, "al" is not needed.

I think the word you want to use here is "scientific".

'Scientific' sounds more appropriate and should fit in where ever this 'scientifical' is sought to be squeezed in forcibly !
