goto http://www.instantdemo.com
or
http://www.webex.com
Both have tools that you can record a movie, with sound , and then play it back for a presentation.
And Its free. (You need to pay for Instant Demo if you want to create Flash Movies or free running executables without their logo in the bottom right corner, but you can use the player for free.)

On your formating palette under graphics click movie (the last 1).
Then find the sound/movie you want. You can add both sound and a movie by that button. Hope This Helps

Microsoft Office has a VERY good help function. Just search through there or better yet go buy a book Power point for Dummies. It even has a lot of GREAT pictures. Check your library.
