Hi guys,

I am planning to do heavy cardio excercises for the detoxification on my body.

What I worry is, I do not want my body to get used to the strengh I put on, everytime I do the excercise

Do I have to do the cardio excercise like in every second days or so, in order to avoid my body to the "getting-used to"?

It looks like the only cardio excercise I can do at this moment is mountain hiking (which means I will do only this over and over for a while...)

And how many times can I do the excercise per a week?

How long should I take break to let my body to repair itself?

thank you.

My personal trainer suggests resting the muscle group you just worked out at least one day break before working out the muscle group again. So you can work out everyday if you like just alternate muscle groups.

a aerobic excercise should be something that receives your heart cost up for over 1/2-hour. mountain trekking is a great one - sparkling air, low result, solid surroundings, and a lot less threat of having uninterested in it. the biggest difficulty is to listen on your body. in case your legs experience sore, stretch them out and relax an afternoon. for novices, its surprising to relax an afternoon between each and every lengthy exercising consultation. as you get used to it, you are able to enhance to on a daily basis in case you experience like it. yet you dont ought to, a threat flow the different day and get great reward.
