Hi,

You definietly need to go see your doc. & get checked out.
Your symptoms could be mean different things. Without a diagnose, it would be difficult to answer your question. For instance, your thryroid could be going out, or you could have hormone problems like going into menopause. Your problem right now is more than changing your diet which could ultimately help once you know what's going on with your body.

Go see a doctor for a proper checkup. You may have the beginnings of CAD (Cardiac Artery Disease) You need a much better checkup than any info on the web or a free BP scan at your local pharmacy will give you.

100 BPM is a normal heart rate after a lot of exercise but very abnormal at rest. Are you on medications?

You should not accept answers you hear here just because you want one thing or another to be true. I can't emphasize enough that you should get checked by a physician. There are blood tests for markers, a stress test that monitors your heart while under a EKG and so on that you cannot duplicate vicariously on the web.

If you cannot afford a physician then at least go to a public clinic. First find out the severity of your condition accurately and then determine treatment and diet. In the meantime lay off the fatty foods, dairy and sweets
