If your car has a carburetor you may consider getting it cleaned up or rebuilt.

It is difficult trying to understand your question, but it looks like when you accelerate you just suck air and then the car slowly moves? If this is close to what you are asking, then i would check the simplest thing 1st. Check and replace the fuel filter. Not knowing what kind of car you own makes this more difficult to help you diagnosis.
