well, I have this friend that back stabbed me bad. She purposely went out of her way to try and steal something I have been working hard to acheive. The value of it is $10,000.00. Should I let this go or fight fire with fire. Is money more important than friendship?

ok this is how it went down. I have entered a contest to win tis money and have been working really hard to get votes. http://www.myuglyroom.com my room is titled "remodel gone baddd" it is the top rated rooms, which I have really had to work for. Then yesterday she enters her room to try to win the same thing I had asked her help in so what do you think? and BTW you can vote for my room if you like.

As important as winning that prize songs to you I'll say that a real friend would never go behind your back and do that she's a back stabber and the sooner you realize that the better of you be, you also need to confront her and tell it like it is and make sure that it never happens again an no matter what people say to you only you can decide which is more valuable to you and which you can live without on the brighter side it's a win win situation

what friendship a true friend would not have done such a thing but if you can resolve this matter in a civil way do so i never saw when you added something of the same caliber together it made less it ALWAYS make more. so no don't fight fire with fire .GOOD LUCK!!!

Obviously money is more important to your friend then your friendship but that doesn't mean you have to stoop to her level. If she wants to act like that then fine, but you can rise above her. She'll get what she deserves soon enough but its no need to drag down your character because she doesn't know how to be a true friend.

No true friend would ever steal from you. So first, you need to realize that she is NOT and never was a friend.
Since you state that she "tried" to steal something, I assume she was not successful. So keep your item of value away from her reach, severe your relationship with her, and chalk this up as a lesson learned.

No, money is not more important than friendship. However, a real friend wouldn't back-stab you for something he/she knew you wanted. So....take your money and get a new friend.

This isn't about choosing money over friendship, she has not treated you well, you need to stand up for yourself, $10,000 is not play money, friends don't steal that much off each other.

fight fire with a ton of fire. money is more important, because you can always find another friend ( which will probably stab you again) but money is needed to live.

No, friendship is more important then money. But judging from this, she is not your friend. You should go for the $10,000.00...I dunno what she's trying to steal, but i think she wants it badly... So, try to re-consider and maybe you should give her part of it.
Good Luck.
