Next Divine was male his real name was Harris Glenn Milstead and he was nicknamed "Divine". He was a cross dresser. He came from Baltimore and was a friend of John Waters who of course featured him in "Pink Flamingos", "Female Trouble", "Polyester", "Hairspray" and a couple of other movies.
