ouch... too late. when your phone gets soaked, don't turn it on and wait for it to dry or dry it off with a hair dryer. turning it on when it's wet short circuits the poor critter.

Sounds like you will have to have it taken in for repairs since most water damage, even if you take it out quickly, can damage a phone severely. Most companies will repair your phone or at the most give you a new one if you have under warrenty although most, although you have a warrenty, will not issue a new phone or repair it because of how it got destroyed in the first place. All about reading that fine print. My advise to you is to go to the company you purchased the phone from and talk to a representative who can further assist you.

If the cellphone was switched ON at that time, there are chances of IC failure. If it was switched off, the damages may be lesser. Best dont try to switch on your mobile, again.
Open all the covers & let it dry before taking it to the service centre. DO NOT use any dryer to dry it. Or you may screw up the remaining hardware.

Same thing happened to me. Take the battery and the back cover out. Stick the phone inside a sock and put it in the dryer. Your phone will work again in no time.

alas! that was a sad news but you can maybe try keeping it in the sun to dry and when its completely dryed out open the cover and with a dry cloth wipe out the moisture. But don't touch the sensitive Parts like after opening the screen glassdont touch it as it may malfunction.
hope it gets fine soon :->

Take the battery out. Let it and the phone dry for at least 24 hours. If it doesn't work well after that (mine wouldn't ring anymore) you can possibly cure it with a new battery...it worked on my Razr.

Quit talking while in the restroom and your phone won't drop in the toilet.
