Unfortunately both answers to get in first refer to hits from 1959. Motown as a label was not formed until 1960 - I think the first release on Motown may have been Bad Girl by The Miracles. The records released in 1959 were on the 'Tamla' label.

There were many lables under the Motown umbrella.
Tamla, first relaese: Marv Johnson, Come to me/Whisper. Jan. 1959. First Motown release (as lable Motown) also in 1959, but in September: Miracles, Bad girl/I love your baby.

I know this doesn't exactly answer your question, but it is interesting, and somewhere to start:
"The label's first hit was Barrett Strong's "Money (That's What I Want)" (1959), which made it to #2 on the Billboard R&B charts; its first #1 R&B hit was "Shop Around" by the Miracles in 1960. A year later, The Marvelettes scored the label's first US #1 pop hit, "Please Mr. Postman." By the mid-1960s, the label, with the help of songwriters and producers such as Robinson and Holland-Dozier-Holland, was a major force in the music industry."

The Supremes had some of the first releases... but not sure on the very first one.
The boss of Motown was knocking off Diana Ross, she couldnt actually sing as good as the other supremes but she was sh*gging him so she got the main Diva job. Scraggy old boot, she is meant to be a nightmare Diva.
