You could try drinking warm milk. My mom used to always give me that when I was young. Also a hot bath just before bed will relax your muscles and make you drowsy. If you can get some sort of oil with Lavender, it's used in a lot of aromatherapy for sleep.
I've also read not to use your bed for reading or watching tv, but to use it just for sleeping, and to try to get to bed at the same time each night even on the weekend so your body is used to the schedule. Hope this helps!

Listen to slow music maybe... Hot milk is ok... Or read some newspaper => Ur eyes will be tired so it'll be easier for u to sleep.
