outdoor games should be good for physical development & indoor games should make mental exercise of students of kindergarten.

Teacher directed? Student directed? Not sure to which you refer. Here are some fun games:

Indoor: Potato Game; Whisper Game; Simon Says; London Bridge.
Outdoor: Duck, Duck, Goose; Follow the Leader.
