That depends on wether or not you want to be pregnant.

Dreams, and reoccurring dreams in particular, are our brain's way of processing, and in some cases alerting us to various emotional things that happen in our waking lives.

The trick to interpreting the dreams, is to think about the way you feel when you are having the dream, and then figure out when during your waking life you experience the same emotion.

Nothing really, it just means that you have probably been thinking about pregnancy (consciously or subconsciously) at some stage during the day.

Maybe you want to be pregnant, or maybe it has not even occurred to you, it could even something like seeing a pregnant woman on TV, that could get your mind thinking about it enough to dream about it.

It means you are pregnant with an idea, a vision or a plan. Not that you'll fall pregnant, if ii were you i'ld work on that idea.

that means you had sex, and you have feeling you may have baby. It is normal after that. However, it could be caused by anxiety
