Oops i mean pads or tampons ??? What is better ???

I personally use tampon when I bleed heavy, but then when it starts to slow down I will use pads. However it all depends on whats comfortable for you. Some people can use tampons and than some people cannot. It all depends on the person and her preference. You will just have to find out what is comfortable for you.

I use both! What to use is a matter of personal preference. For example, on heavy days I need to use both together so I do not experience leaks (as often) or spend all the time in the bathroom. Many women never bleed that heavily. In that case, it is a matter of preference and comfort. Tampons make logical sense for certain activities such as swimming.

it just depends I honestly like to use pads because tampoons are able to kill you. i mean if i'm with my boyfriend and im on it i will use a tampoon but as soon as i get back home i use a pad, its just safer

um for pain or like tampons and pads??? for cramps i recommend advil...

I use stayfree long maxi pads. I love the coverage and no leaks. Therefore no stains in my panties.
