Maybeline do a nice Matt foundation. But you should really buy for your skin type.. if you have oily skin that makes you shiny then I suggest you use a powder like a bronzing powder. You can lightly dust this over your face and build up to the colour you desire.
Use an oil free moisturiser too.
UK spellings lol that is where I am!

Try The Body Shop MATT IT FACE & LIPS and kiss shine godbye, use under or over foundation and lipstick for an instant soft matte finish - for all skin types, and the powder - The Body Shop ALL-IN-ONE FACE BASE, part foundation, part powder for a light matte powder finish and made with community trade marula oil.

have you ever heard of Bare Escentuals? That line of makeup is pretty good. It's made of minerals that are good for the skin, so you can even go to bed with the makeup on and it wont be harmful to your face. I think the foundation covers up pretty well, and it feels really light which is why i like it so much. I hate having my makeup feel heavy on my face..but you just brush on the Bare Escentuals foundation and it covers up all the flaws and feels like your not wearing makeup.
PS: Bare minerals is part of the Bare Escentuals makeup line..they're pretty much the same thing.

I love Mary Kay The foundation is very lightweight and doesn't clog your pores. They also have a oil mattifier that will stop shine all day long. If you use this you won't even have to use powder. Go to Mary Kay.com and check it out.

I also love the L'Oreal Mineral makeup. I have tried literally dozens of foundations in my life and have never found a foundation that works as well.

Try Bare Minerals. Neutrogena and L'oreal also make mineral make-up. I love it because it doesn't make me break out.
