HTML code? NO... but if you're using mIRC... you could create your own script and drop it on the person's mIRC client... and you can now start spying on the person hihihih >:) you can even "command" the person's computer to execute stuff while the person is on mIRC... like opening a web browser, deleting files (without them knowing), etc. >:)
