I use them to keep me awake now. They were more effective with weight control when they had ephedra. You can get more weight loss from buying Primatene tablets at the local Wal Mart. They are in the allergy section and contain ephedra and caffeine. (You aren't supposed to know this though....)
Ephedra is approved for asthma but not for weight loss.

No they don't do anything but cost you money. You would be better off spending your money on a gym membership.
