Depends where you are. Hence the notatio ++44. Usually it is 0044 but kan differ in some countries.

If you are calling from the US then you need to dial 011 and then the 44..same thing as calling a regular phone. At least it worked for me that way. But i could be wrong. Maybe it is 00 instead of 011.Hmmmm
