It would depend on the circumstance.
I'm up in the early morning hours, and having the "noise" would wake people sleeping. (so in that case it isn't cool)
Otherwise, it is clever and misleading. (sneaky!)

As soon as I saw that car, I closed that window for that video clip! I've seen that one before and it's SCARY!!! lol I'm tricked by those frequently!!!!

i like it... it's very funny, and i was scarred at the beginning, i have lots of video like this, they're very cool especially when u show them to u're frinds, or grandma, grandpa, yes it's funny when u watch their reactions... ha ha ha :-))
