What does him weighing 350 have to do with body odor?
Check your fat person prejudice please.
Anyway, just tell him!! He may not know he stinks.

Do as the other post recently said.
I liked the humorous one-- make him a pine tree neclace. (hope you are smiling right now)
If you have other co workers who feel the same, you could file a harassment case against him first. Just fill out the paperwork stating that the odor is overwhelming and when you are working with him it affects your ability to do the job efficiently. Then write/ present to you supervisor about the rudeness you have observed. Discuss that the job performance is good for your driver in his defense, but the odor needs addressed quickly by His supervisor. If he quits or the supervisor takes action then you can feel that you didn't cause the action against him.
The more similar petitions should get the management's attention before someone escalates the problem to be worse or even a disciplinary action.
Believe me, this offense is not unusual.

You only need to tell him politely and offer him some help sincerely. You need to work on your tolerance level. The guy may know or may not but the bottomline is that he's got rights including right to weigh 350 and stink (smile). However, with love and politeness you can get him change over for the betterment of all.
Take care.

Can you go to your human resources, or his manager? Someone that is his supervisor or manager should take the task on of advising and helping him come up with a plan to "stop the stink" The weight issue is really a non issue, but I would say someone (not you) should take this poor man aside and counsel him on his personal hygiene. He may be aware of it, and have some type of hormonal imbalance, but hopefully he can get medical help for that, or at least should be encouraged to get medical help. As for his rudeness, you should mention that to your human resources person also to see if his manager can address this also, but one issue at a time.

I think first of all you must become his friend. And once you trust each other, give him the advice as a friend. Of course, don't be rude, but tell him in the way someone who cares would do it. He must know that you care as his friend, and it is for his good, not to harm him.

lysol spray
perfumed candle
and anything else you can think of to keep in your drawer for when he is around
don't be rude about it - just pleasantly light a candle and spray when he is around
