The Tunisian tortoise (Furculachelys nabeulensis) was described as a new species in the early 1990s and very few of them are available for sale. They are actually very similar to the common Spur-tighed tortoise (Testudo graeca), and most people cannot tell the difference without looking it up.

Why the interest in the Tunisian form for the Spur-thighed? I'd just get a Spur-thighed. As for where to get one in Dublin, I am not sure.

I suggest you check out Tortoise Trust, which is located in England. They may be able to better help you locate one.
