All postions impregnate a woman. (If anyone tells you different they are LYING) If you do not won't her to get pregnant then get protection or don't have sex at all. As long as you are IN her, and you have active sperm BIG chances are she will get pregnant.

I am not really sure what you mean by your question, but if you were asking if there is a position which makes it less likely for the woman to become pregnant with, then sorry...
If you want to avoid getting pregnant, you need to use contraception - or not have sex.

If you are asking which position is more difficult in getting a woman pregnant then here's your answer: All positions of sexual intercourse have a chance in getting her pregnant if you don't use protection. If you ejaculate inside of her, and you aren't using a condom or she isn't using birth control, then your chances of getting her pregnant are huge regardless of the position. However, sexual positions also include oral and anal. Those positions are less likely to get her pregnant but sometimes it still can happen (especially in anal) if you pull out of her and drip semen onto or into her vagina. It's rare, but possible, Good Luck
