its not because they're fat, big belly just give you an illusion that it is small,,even if he get thin it is still small

its not that...image you are 6 feet tall and you stand in a pool thats 1 ft deep.....you have a 5ft dick.....no imagine that same 6 ft person stands in water 5 ft deep...you have a one foot dick...the fat is like the water, so he may really have a big as s dick, like a black dude, but its all absorbed by his big fatness
He can enlarge it by not being a fat as$ pig and losing some damn weight so his weenie will seem larger

It's a matter of perspective. If you put a normal size nose on an enormous face the nose looks small. He really has a huge penis under all that fat. It just looks small in comparison.

length of dick does not have to do with fat or slim people! it is inherited by the way , and depends if you are white or black, black people have taller ones :) You can enlarge it by creams or other medicine but i would not try them! The best way is having the natural one. soemtimes with enlargement they bend! (don't stay straight, although there are ones that are naturally bend)

what is the size in inches ? if it is 5.6 inches it is ok. just measure it and let me know this is my yahoo id you can send me message i have an oil which can enlarge it but it will take time nearly 6 month, i did it for my husband

no that's not true just because someone is fat doesn't mean they have a small penis because I'm fat and i am proud to say that mine is 8 1/2" so that is not true that fat people have a small penis.

because of the blood circulation...muscular people though can have small penis' because drug use can effect blood circulation and size comes alot from blood...which is used to harden the penis to. So bad blood circulation = small *****

Every 15lbs over-weight it shrinks it .5 inches. Well that means he cannot use .5 inches of it. So if he lost weight he would be able to use more of it and make it bigger to you.
