The kid probably looks just like him, so it's being kept out of the view of civilization for the preservation of good morale.
Seriously, Cruise (wierd-o that he may be) is only showing good sense as a father, keeping his child out of the limelight. This is an INFANT, not a "baby star." This child needs to be protected from crazies who might harm it ... remember that Cruise has been "pranked" in public several times, never injured yet, but attacked with water pistols and other such things ... that would sure freak me out and it is something I would definitely want to protect my kids from.
So cut him some slack, and leave the kid alone.

It would be kind of hard for them to fake a nine month pregnancy, don't you think? And he's crazy as hell...why would she stay with him if not for the kid? I mean, they're not married. Thank God, but only just yet.

they probably have some satan spawn deformity for a child....locked up in their dungeon.....doesn't it seem like katie was pregnant an awful long time? i'm telling you, i'm thinking of some rosemary's baby type freaks. They probably paid someone for their human baby to use just for pictures and outings.

I was thinking the exact same thing because when she was pregnant in different pictures she'd be huge next time you see her she'd be tiny.... And no- one has seen any pictures of her either.
