ok, this has happened to me before, i like a girl and she likes me back, and then she asks me what i'm into and my dumba*s says i have a foot fetish and thn she ends up thinkin i'm a weirdo.
my question is how long should i wait, should i have her tell me what shes into first, should i wait til i know her on a good friend level, when?

Don't describe it as a fetish, for one thing. Tell her you are "into feet" and she has "pretty feet" that you really like. Unless you collect model feet (ick) or have a room decorated with pictures of feet (ick), then being attracted to a woman's feet is no different than being a leg-man or a breast-man, or a butt-fancier. Many people (judging from the music videos that are broadcast) share fancies for certain body parts. Your's is just a bit unusual.
Tell her early on ... perhaps before you try to kiss her instep. It's only fair and will spare her a shock and you some embarassment.
But mind your choice of words ... describing yourself as having a "foot fetish" makes you sound like Hannibal Lechter Junior or something. Just tell her what you like about her and keep the psychoanalysis to yourself.

I feel that the right time would be when you sense that the relationship is starting to get serious. If that is happening, then she should know the pertinent information about you so she would have the choice of whether or not to continue the relationship without a large emotional investment.
However, that advice is overridden by two other possibilities. The first is going into a situation where you know that a serious relationship will not emerge. However, I would suspect that you would have very little interest in revealing your fetish in that situation.
The second case is when she invites the answer. At that point, she would be looking for variety in the relationship. This might be a sign that she is looking to not go to a serious stage, but is interested in having fun with you. If you get such an invitation, go ahead and answer.

Next time a girl asks what you're into ... and is just trying to get to know you ... try saying "Basketball".
Most people are turned on by different things on different people. I know people who think it's eyes, hair, butt, breasts, etc. You happen to be a foot-man. If I met a guy and asked what he was into - unless it's clearly obvious we're talking about sex - I want to know his hobbies - ya know - basketball, collecting stamps, jazz music, etc. I'm probably not asking "what turns you on!!" Save that conversation for when things start getting intimate.
Now if feet ARE your hobby, you're entering another category. You might think, "at least I'm not into Porn! I have pictures of feet up in my bedroom, not naked women." If this is the case - pictures of feet ARE your porn. You might want to talk to a profession to see if your fetish is healthy and under control. If it's become an unhealthy obsession, it's probably going to be very difficult to find a girl who will stay with you very long.

As soon as possible. It'll save any possible embarrasment/ heartache later on if she is really turned off by the idea. I got the same thing, I have several fetishes. I told my girlfriend fairly early on in the relationship. She finds some of the things I like a turn on but not others, so we concentrate on the things we both enjoy.
