Yep, castor oil works - I used it to fill in a little patch where I'd had chicken pox from when I was little! You can also use it to thicken eyelashes.

Castor oil helps, take a cotton bud (ear bud), dip it in some castor oil and apply it on your eyebrows. Do this every day for a month. If it dosen't grow, then you would have to touch up with some make up, brushing your eyebrows and using eye shadow to fill the gaps.

An instant solution is to invest in a good eyebrow pencil and make sure its the correct color, you want it to look as natural as possible. perhaps get a beautician or make-up artist to show you the first time and practice till it looks perfecto! (estee lauder normally have gr8 artists- available at most retail stores world wide.) long term solution would be to massage just a little mustard oil... an old indian ayurvedic remedy. Good Luck hon!

So children, don't pluck your eyebrows or you'll grow up like this young lady.

get micropigmentation. Too much hassle pencil and besides what do you do if you want to swim or do excercise? Pencils look unatural and a bit naff. Bit more pricey what well worth it.
