They conduct classes in 4-5 centers in Delhi. One of them must be in West Delhi (I guess in Vikaspuri and Naraina and their main center is in Dwarka). My elder bro use to learn it from there about 6 months back. He said it was awesome.
For other cheaper options you may try out Sangeet Vandana in Vikaspuri and even Aria music school in Rajouri Garden (I guess)
