lol... i can do 60 push ups at one go now and it gets harder to improve it from here... any ideas?? i can do 2 pull ups at one go only... sob... any ideas??

repition! you can do 60 pushups now? next workout increase it to 65 push ups once that is confortable and easy do 70 or however high u can go and keep increasing. as for pullups man that is pretty pathetic but do the same thing i said to do with the pushups. Good Luck!

Increase the resistance.

In other words, for pullups use a stepper and when you hit your limit, walk up the stepper and lower yourself down for negative reps. This will increase the strength in your lats and biceps which are the main muscle groups that are used.

For pushups have someone light sit on you, or use a bean bag chair or similar object and place it on your back/waist/shoulders.

For me in my own opinion, just reduce your push up numbers and increase your pull ups.

If I was under you I bet you could do a thousand Push ups!
