I'm not, but this is only one person's opinion. I think it's revolting to be setting yourself up for failure. I realize that you're making sure that things are 'safe' if it goes sour, but why the hell would you want to marry someone if you just thought you were going to get divorced anyways? A dude, or a lady, who wants a pre-nup is saying " I don't trust you, but I'm going to marry you anyways just to see if it will work, but if it doesn't.. sign these papers so you can't take all my money when you leave."
