Have you tried taking Melatonin? Melatonin has been used to ease insomnia. You can purchase it over the counter at any pharmacy by the health and vitamin section.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Melatonin is secreted by the pineal gland in the brain and is important in the regulation of many hormones in the body. Among its key roles, melatonin controls the body's circadian rhythm, an internal 24-hour time-keeping system that plays an important role in when we fall asleep and when we wake up. Darkness stimulates the release of melatonin and light suppresses its activity. Normal melatonin cycles are disrupted when we are exposed to excessive light in the evening or too little light during the daytime.
Melatonin may help our bodies know when it's time to go to sleep and when it's time to wake up. Melatonin supplements (in pill form) can also be taken.
Melatonin is sold without a prescription in health food stores and drug stores in the United States.
Stop worrying about not sleeping. It is normal for people to miss a good nights sleep once in a while. Try warm milk with or without chocolate, a warm shower sometimes helps and reading something very boring. I bet you sleep good tomorrow night.
Worrying about it will make it harder to fall asleep, don't look at the clock that will drive you crazy thinking how much sleep you may or may not get, you'll be ok just sleep when u feel like it.
